ITINERARY

Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Date: March 17 - 21, 2027

DAY 1: Arrival

After arrival and settling in, join us for Meet and Greet mixer. Later in the evening, enjoy a relaxing Blue & White Welcome Dinner.

DAY 2: Introspection, Goal Setting and Action plans Workshop

Begin your day with a stress relieving stretch, then a delightful breakfast. Next, delve into our dynamic workshop focused on exploring your true self, conducting life audits and setting meaningful goals. Through guided exercises and reflective discussions, you will develop actionable plans to create the life you desire. After the workshop, you will have some free time to reflect and unwind, before rejoining us for a Sightseeing Dinner Cruise.

DAY 3: Self Care

It’s your Self Care Day! Start the day with an invigorating stretch and nourishing breakfast. Next, experience our Self Care in Action Workshop, and step into our self-care sanctuary for a day of nurturing and renewal. Indulge in relaxing pampering sessions, and learn practical self care techniques in our workshop, designed to nourish your body, mind, and spirit. Afterwards, enjoy some free time to reflect and unwind, then as the evening unfolds, indulge in a sumptuous Island Themed Dinner Party featuring tropical flavors, exotic delicacies, and lively music.

DAY 4: Adventure

As usually, start the day with your morning stretch & breakfast. However today, we have a fabulous Mystery Adventure planned just for you! In the evening, we will gather for a farewell dinner and savor the flavors of a specially curated menu, while reflecting on your transformative journey. Participate in a heartfelt Self-Love Ceremony, celebrating your worthiness and embracing self-compassion in a supportive community.

DAY 5: Departure

As the retreat concludes, you will leave with a sense of renewed inspiration, inner peace, and empowering self-care practices to integrate into your daily life. You will depart feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to embrace the world with renewed vitality and purpose.

• Final Itinerary will be emailed to you 30 Days in advance.
• Clients must make a NONREFUNDABLE deposit payment of $400 to secure spot.
• We do not provide refunds. Each client is required to accept our Event Terms & Conditions before reservation is accepted.
• To keep your reservations current, a monthly minimum payment of $400 is required on the first of every month until paid in full.
• Final payment are due 90 days before the trip date.
• A penalty of $250 will be charged for any outstanding balance after the final payment date found in your invoice.
• All prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. In the event that the US dollar devalues, Shields Era Lifestyle reserves the right to increase prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect increases resulting from currency devaluation.
• No vaccines are required for this event. But we strongly encourage you to visit your physician and alert him/her of your plans. Please follow your physician’s recommendation.

TERMS & POLICIES OVERVIEW

• Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our complete Event Terms & Conditions.
• Shields Era Lifestyle is a division of Shields Era, LLC, and all payments to Shields Era, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferrable. This is because Shields Era, LLC has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on this event.
• Missing an event is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for the event is even worse. If you are traveling for this event, Trip Insurance is strongly recommended, and we encourage you to do your due diligence by researching and finding the best plan for you. Also, be sure to ask about a “Cancel For Any Reason” plan.

• Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
• Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger payments than what is required of your monthly payment plan. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.
• Late payment of $250 per person is required after final due date listed on your payment plan. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservation the day after your final due date.
• All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your invoice.
